This room has a rather special feature: the passage to the bathroom was once the entrance to the tower. Walk through it today and you step into a sixteenth-century addition — now fully modernized, but with walls that remember.

 

The room combines historic character with modern comfort. A queen-size bed with spring mattresses (160 × 200 cm), comfortable armchairs, desk, small fridge and espresso machine make it an inviting place to relax after a day exploring Normandy.

 

The private en-suite bathroom lies just beyond the historic passage — a small reminder that in Château de Planquery, history is never far away. 

 

The 22 m² room is located one floor above ground level and is reached by a broad staircase dating back more than 150 years.
